RACE YOU HAVE ALWAYS WANTED TO DO AND WHY: I don't have any races that I've always wanted to do. As this year progresses, I'd like to find something that is challenging and interesting to set a goal for.
FAVORITE RACE OR TRAINING EXPERIENCE FROM 2009: I don't have a favorite race yet, but the Turkey Trot was a great run for me. It was the first run I did since my knee surgery and it felt great to be out there! I'd like to make the Gasparilla Classic, Turkey Trot and Escape from Ft. DeSoto my annual events.
GOALS FOR 2010: 2010 is going to be an active year for me. 2009 I was plagued with reoccuring injuries which slowed me down. I think I may have done just one event all year! In late August I had knee surgery, since then I'm working to be ready for the 2010 events. My goals are simple this year: stay healthy, have fun and help others.
