FAVORITE RACE OR TRAINING EXPERIENCE FROM 2009: For sure the Ragnar Relay. That was the most bizarre, but fun experience. I look forward to 2010.
GOALS FOR 2010: Learn to swim better and do a triathlon! Get better at consistent training. Work on nutrition...as always!
