Pre-Race Routine and Warm-Up:
Got registered for the series and headed down to the beach. Ran about 5 minutes with Amy, did some stretching, chatted with the gang and was ready to go.

Performance Comments:
Felt great on the way out with the wind at my back! The turnaround changed that. I tried to tuck in behind someone, or catch up to the next bigger person to block some of the wind for me. :) All in all, it was a good first race of the series.

What Would You Do Different?
Nothing comes to mind...

Post Race Activities and Cool Down:
Hung out with the gang, got some water and some munchies and waited for the awards.

Event Comments:
It's fun to see everyone come out on a Friday night and run!

Would You Do This Race Again?
I'll be there June 19th!
