Pre-Race Routine and Warm-Up:
Ran a mile to warm up with Jen and then headed to the start with the gang.

Performance Comments:
Really focused on slowing down at the start and trying to even split the miles. Chris helped pace me on the 1st mile, thanks buddy! It was a good, even paced race for me so I was happy.

What Would You Do Different?
Work on my finish, I just don't have as big of a kick at the end as I would like.

Post Race Activities and Cool Down:
Hung out with the gang while we waited to awards. I tried and tried to find a raisin bagel in the multiple bags of bagels they had, but with no success. :(

Event Comments:
This is always a fun race and I was happy to see the great turnout from our gang and the BIG improvements that took place! Keep it up!
