ABOUT ALI
Ali has been coaching and training for over 10 years. She is nationally certified as a fitness trainer by ACSM, Premier and NFPT with thousands of hours of hands-on fitness coaching experience. Check out the Success Stories for examples of some amazing results. Ali is a certified USA-Triathlon Level 1 Coach and RRCA Running Coach. She works with triathletes, swimmers, cyclists and runners of all levels. In addition to her credentials, Ali also has her Masters in Education, which has taught her how to work with individuals of all backgrounds, learning styles and abilities.
Ali understands the time and dedication it takes to reach personal goals. She has competed in over thirty triathlons, ranging from sprints to Ironmans. She not only loves the discipline of triathlons, but the "controlled insanity" that comes with the sport. Ali also enjoys running with her athletes and clients. She has participated in over fifty 5K's, 10K's, half marathons and marathons. If there is a race in the area, Ali is encouraging people to sign up and join her there.
