
ONE ON ONE PERSONAL TRAINING
We all know how it works. You decide it's time to get in shape, so you head to the gym ready for a great workout. You walk in the doors...and now what? Should you do cardio first? Maybe work your legs today and come back tomorrow to do your back and shoulders? Or is that only for bodybuilders? It's hard to know what to do, especially with all of the contradicting information on the internet! Even with a book or video, it's hard to stay accountable and do it every week. That's where we come in. We have the education, motivation and accoutability you need to reach your goals. After an initial assessment and phone/email consultation, we will design a personalized cardio plan and take you through an intense and progressive resistance training workout. We have the equipment you need so whether you prefer for us to come to your home, to meet you at a local park, or you want to come to us, we will make it convenient for you. Don't continue to be one of those people who has the book in front of them, or the program, or the video that promised results, and DOES NOT FOLLOW IT!!! It is challenging to change behavior after years of living a lifestyle that was not fitness oriented. We will help you break out of your bad habits and create a new lifestyle that works for you! Rates are $50/hour and $30/half hour.

Ali Molnar is our certified personal trainer and her endurance will motivate you! Ali has been coaching and training for over 10 years. She is nationally certified as a fitness trainer by ACSM and Premier with thousands of hours of hands-on fitness training/coaching experience. You can check out her Success Stories for examples of some amazing results. Ali is also a certified USA-Triathlon Level 1 Coach and RRCA running coach. She works with triathletes, swimmers, cyclists and runners of all levels. In addition to her credentials, Ali also has her Masters in Education, which has taught her how to work with individuals of all backgrounds, learning styles and abilities.
Ali understands the time and dedication it takes to reach personal goals. She has competed in over thirty triathlons, ranging from sprints to Ironmans. She not only loves the discipline of triathlons,
but the "controlled insanity" that comes with the sport. Ali also enjoys running with her athletes and clients. She has participated in over fifty 5K's, 10K's, half marathons and marathons. If there is a race
