The sport specific training program uses Training Peaks, an online training software program. Smith Sports Training Coaches develop a weekly workout schedule that is tailored to your goals, abilities and time. You can then view and analyze your activities in Training Peaks using the Journal. Upon completing a workout, manually enter data such as distance, time or calories burned, or upload your device and the fields fill in automatically with elevation gain, speed, heart rate, power, a map of your route, and more, depending on your device. The more data you input or upload means the more information we have to work with to create the best personalized training program for you.

COMPLETE NUTRITION SOLUTIONS
Shed that last 10 lbs or ensure you are properly fueling for training by planning and tracking your nutrition on Training Peaks. Smith Sports Training Coaches will work with you to develop a nutrition plan based on your goal weight, body fat, eating habits and lifestyle. Then easily find foods in the Nutrition Library from a selection of more than 50,000 items and record your meals in the Journal. Watch the stats and charts change in real time showing such necessary information as cholesterol, protein, fat, carbohydrates, calories and more as you add foods to the meal. Track the number and percentage of calories and grams from fat, protein, carbohydrates and fiber on the Macronutrients pod. Mark frequently recorded foods as Favorites to find even faster next time.

PERSONALIZED STRENGTH TRAINING PROGRAMS
Your online personal training program consists of custom designed workouts emailed to your inbox. The printable workout programs come with instructional photos of every exercise and detailed written instructions that can be followed while you complete your workout.
