Are you ready for a REAL workout? Thanks to new Smith Sports trainer Mike Brower, we will now be posting weekly PT workouts. Mike has been a Navy Special Operations trainer and mentor for 3 years and knows what it takes to get stronger and faster. Follow his weekly workouts and you will be ready for your next event in no time! Better yet, come on out to Poncho's Pond Gym and join us on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:00 am!
SWIM WORKOUTS
Are you tired of swimming on your own? Are you unsure of how to design a proper workout that will actually make you swim faster and more efficient? Smith Sports wants to help you out.
If you live in the Ludington area, join Coach Dave and Ali on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at the Community Pool at 5:30 am. He will be writing workouts for anyone that wants
to attend and will be posting those workouts here for later use as well.
RUN WORKOUTS
Do you want to PR on your next running race or improve the run leg of your next triathlon? Are you looking for a group to run with? Start training properly with Smith Sports and become a stronger runner.
New group days, times and locations coming soon, so be sure to check back soon! All runs range in distance from 3-6 miles depending on your fitness level. All paces are welcome.
If you can't train with the group, just check here for the workout so you stay on schedule.
